The Montgomery County Public Library (MCPL) system is doing a great job of collecting Praxis materials. You can find study guides for Praxis II tests by visiting the MCPL website here:
http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/content/libraries/index.asp .
Click "Catalog" in the left navigation menu, and type "Praxis II" in the search box, and you will get the list of results.
Educational Testing Service (ETS) offers free Praxis preparation materials on its website. Visit the preparation materials page at http://www.ets.org/praxis/prepare/materials and select your test for a list of free materials.
