Are there study rooms anywhere else? All the ones in the library are full.

Study rooms are also available on the upper floors of building III and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Most of the study rooms are near the elevators.
Online reservations for the study rooms outside the library online are available when completed at least two business days in advance.
