There may be a couple of reasons why you are getting this message: a) Your library card may have expired. b) You may have a new library barcode number.
Please visit the webpage ‘Find Your Library Barcode’ and find out if your library barcode number has changed. If that’s not the case, then visit the webpage ‘Home Institution Library Services’ to contact the circulation staff at your home institution.
