Scholarly sources are also called peer-reviewed journals. Some databases, such as Academic Search Premier, let you choose to search only peer-reviewed sources as one of the search options. The databases are linked below.
Another database that can help you is Proquest Criminal Justice Periodicals. After entering a search for Morocco, you can then narrow down your results to scholarly sources. Use the "narrow results by" box on the right side of the results page to choose peer-reviewed and also expand the "source type" section to choose scholarly journals.
