I assume you mean "search"  A search is the process of looking up articles or reports that are in these medical databases.  These databases contain electronic copies of journal articles that report on research studies and advances in related fields. 

You can use keywords, subject or topics to query the databases to get results of articles.  Each database works differently so you may need to explore the access for first page to decide how to proceed with the search.. If you need help come to the library or make an appointment with a librarian.
