Hi Mindy, 

There are some great research databases that are for education. Here are the titles: Education Research Complete (EBSCO), ERIC (EBSCO), JSTOR Education. When you are working with special education, there are many directions that you can go in. I would encourage you, if you are not sure the direction, go to Education Research Complete and do a search for Special Education. Next, browse the database and see what topic interests you. Limiting the ebsco databases to full text would be ideal. JSTOR is full text.
