looking for medical research articles or studies that include systematic reviews of randomized control trials, meta-analyses, and reports of single research studies (either qualitative or quantitative). Literature reviews are not acceptable. I need Journals written for medical personnel. Do you have any?

From your e-mail address it looks like you are a student at UMB. There are several databases that the Library at UMB subscribes to that contain the type of articles you are looking for. This website will take you to the databases: http://www.hshsl.umaryland.edu/resources/databases/index.cfm . Some databases I would recommend include: CINAHL, MEDLINE, Embase and Web of Science.
